Power Property Management, Inc. (“Power Property Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We provide this page so California residents have a clear, accessible way to request that we do not “share” their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and to opt out of any analytics or advertising cookies used on our website.

2. WHAT “SELL” AND “SHARE” MEAN

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• “Sell” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, or transferring personal information to another business or third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

3. Use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) Signal. If you visit our website using a browser or extension that transmits the Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of any sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising for that browser and device.

4. AUTHORIZED AGENTS

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written authorization signed by you and may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us before we process the request.

5. NON-DISCRIMINATION

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

6. VERIFICATION

To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing certain requests. The verification steps will depend on the nature of the request, the sensitivity of the information involved, and our existing relationship with you.

7. RESPONSE TIMES

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and aim to respond substantively within forty-five (45) calendar days. If we need additional time (up to a total of ninety (90) calendar days), we will notify you in writing of the reason and the extension.
