We are always looking to expand our preferred vendor list to provide premier property management services.
As a preferred Power Property Management vendor, you are required to provide the following information:
Completed Vendor Application
Workman Compensation Coverage
Commercial Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 aggregate
Various Licenses (ie. State of CA Contractor's License)
W-9
References
Interested vendors can also participate in our vendor lunch series.
This is your exclusive opportunity to showcase your services and products directly to our property management, maintenance and resident manager departments. As the presenting vendor, you'll have the opportunity to provide lunch for 20-25 attendees.
The vendor lunch series occurs every Wednesday from 11:30 am - 1 pm at the Power Property Management Offices in Los Angeles.
