TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of powerpropertymanagement.com and any related subdomains, web pages, and online services (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Power Property Management, Inc. (“Power Property Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. ABOUT US
Power Property Management, Inc. is a California licensed real estate corporation (CA DRE# 01866167) providing residential property management, leasing, and related services in the Los Angeles area.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. PERMITTED USE
The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about our services, view available properties, submit inquiries and applications, and communicate with us. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks.
- Use automated means (scrapers, bots, etc.) to access the Site without our written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or related systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our written permission.
5. LISTINGS AND PROPERTY INFORMATION
Property listings, rental rates, availability, photos, floor plans, and other property information are provided for general informational purposes. Information may change without notice and is not a binding offer to lease. Square footage and dimensions are approximations. All rentals are subject to a written lease, application approval, and our screening criteria.
6. APPLICATIONS AND SCREENING FEES
Rental applications and any associated screening fees are processed in accordance with applicable California law, including caps on application fees and our written screening criteria, which are made available upon request and at the time of application.
7. ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
By submitting a form or communicating with us through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. Where you sign a document electronically, you agree such signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software, is owned by or licensed to Power Property Management, Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The “Power Property Management” name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
9. USER SUBMISSIONS
Any information you submit through the Site (excluding personal information governed by our Privacy Policy) is provided on a non-confidential basis. You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such submissions for purposes related to our business operations.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., online payment processors, listing platforms, tenant screening providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
11. DISCLAIMERS
The Site and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making any decisions based on Site content.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Power Property Management, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Power Property Management, Inc. and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
14. ONLINE REVIEWS
Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to provide truthful reviews, ratings, or other lawful communications about Power Property Management or our services, consistent with California Civil Code section 1670.8 and the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act.
15. FAIR HOUSING
Power Property Management is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. 16. ACCESSIBILITY

17. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Effective Date” reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
